Are you struggling with the way Maths is taught at your school? Sometimes a new perspective is all you need! I have always loved teaching maths, helping my students achieve grade 8-9 at GCSE level and helping them going into their A Levels.

Having studied Mathematics at University as well as gaining GCSEs in the new 9-1 system with many sets of peers, I understand that everyone learns differently, which is why my teaching really focuses on explaining WHY a method is used rather than just telling you it’s the method you should use. Maths is about being inquisitive and not just about following the rules taught in school. Although the rules work, to reach the top level grades, you need to understand the principles behind the rules to be able to answer the harder questions of exam papers.
