Experienced and friendly teacher offering tailored saxophone, clarinet, and piano lessons for all ages and levels

Advert description
Hello! I'm a professional musician and experienced teacher offering engaging and personalised lessons in saxophone, clarinet, and piano for students of all ages and levels.

I began my musical journey studying classical saxophone and piano at the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, where I built a solid foundation in technique, interpretation, and music theory. I later moved to London to pursue advanced studies in jazz saxophone, composition, and arranging at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and Goldsmiths, University of London. This diverse training allows me to bring a broad and versatile approach to teaching, combining classical precision with creative expression and improvisation.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I’ve worked with beginners taking their first steps in music as well as advanced players preparing for exams, auditions, or simply wanting to explore their musical voice. Whether you're interested in classical repertoire, jazz improvisation, or playing for your own enjoyment, I tailor each lesson to your goals, pace, and musical preferences.

My teaching style is friendly, patient, and supportive. I aim to make lessons structured yet enjoyable, helping students stay motivated and build confidence. I can assist with:

- Developing strong technique and tone

- Reading music fluently

- Improvisation and ear training

- Exploring different genres and styles

- Music theory and composition

- Preparing for ABRSM or Trinity exams, auditions, and performances

I'm an active performer and composer, and I love sharing real-world musical insights with my students. I'm also happy to integrate composition, arranging, and creative practice into lessons for those interested.

Lessons are available both in person and online, and I welcome students of all ages, from children to adults. I have an enhanced DBS check and experience working with students with a range of learning styles and goals.

If you're curious about learning an instrument or looking to deepen your skills, I’d be delighted to help you on your musical journey. Feel free to get in touch for a chat or to book your first lesson!
