I am a qualified counsellor and peer mentor, my skill is communication, i have facilitated classes/ groups of adults teaching them the peer mentor diploma, i have studied certain courses such as delivery excellence, observation skills and information governance to further enhance my skills and knowledge to effectively teach and facilitate classes.
