With over 13 years of professional experience in proofreading, copy editing, and academic mentoring, combined with my TEFL certification and background in teaching both in the UK and abroad, I am confident in my ability to deliver engaging, effective, and supportive English language teaching.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with international students, particularly those preparing for higher education in the UK. At Bulletproof Documents, I supported ESL students with their personal statements, essays, dissertations and theses, helping them develop confidence and achieve success in their academic studies. My role often went beyond editing: I mentored students in improving their English grammar, clarity and academic style, ensuring they could communicate effectively in an academic context.

I also have hands-on classroom teaching experience, having taught French in secondary schools across Birmingham and English in France. This has equipped me with strong classroom management skills, adaptability and an understanding of how to tailor lessons to different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
