1:1 english tutor for Asylum seekers/ refugees of the uk.

I have more than 10 years of teaching experience in the UK and abroad. I have experience teaching English as secondary language(ESOL) to the Asylum seekers and Refugees in different community centres and schools of Bradford Yorkshire (QED, Girlington Centre, Khidmat Centre, Lilycroft school, Horton Primary School, Newby Primary) My duties involved lesson planning that could cater needs of all kind of learners, giving feedback on oral and written work, screening learners before sign up, providing 1:1 support, record keeping of the learners progress reports etc as well as delivering training workshops to the collegues or delivering lessons as lead tutor while supervising the assistant tutors. I can teach keeping the needs of learner in mind. Will plan if necessary and that too would cater needs of the individual taking lessons. Also I will provide weekly progress report and evaluate the achievement as well as weaknesses that need to be worked upon.
