My career is all about creating and delivering effective learning and pastoral support through teaching, training and management of learning development. I am highly experienced in guiding learners through their learning journey, focusing on real world challenges and applications, with a high success rate in learners effectively achieving their assignment and assessment goals. I have In-depth experience in delivering projects, training, teaching, individual coaching and mentoring to over 8,100 learners from all age groups: levels - basic skills to MBA / Level 7 in a variety of delivery formats including classroom based, blended and remote sessions, including 1:1, small (2-12) and large groups (< 400). I’ve delivered a large number of successful classes, workshops and learner support sessions in person and online using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex and WVN Suite. I’ve created eLearning using LearningPool, and used a number of Learning management systems (LMS) to undertake marking and support learning interventions using Moodle. Canva, KEF and Blackboard. I’ve monitored attendance and created timetables via TDS (TimeDataSecurity) and Celcat, using Teamdesk Cloud Database and Microsoft CRM systems for client development and contact.
