I give affordable English lessons and during the lessons the students are fully active. I am merely a facilitator

One of my strengths include the fact that I am very patient with my students, I do correct 😀 my students in a very subtle way and while, being considerate not discouraging the student.
My weakness is that I am a perfectionist, in that I want the English Language to be spoken with so much fluency.
