I have gained experience at multiple levels from SEN, primary and secondary. My philosophy is that If a child can not lean the way I teach I must teach the way they learn. It is important to first assess students learning styles, strengths and weakness and academic level. With this information I plan and prepare my lesson to meet the needs of my students and ensure that all students have an opportunity for success.
