Advert description
I am a teacher working in three main subject areas: Social Science, Economics, and Business Studies. My goal through all these realms is still the same - to make learning real, relevant, and thought-provoking for each and every student.
1) Social Science (Years 7–10)
I teach History, Geography, and Civics with an emphasis on making them grasp the world they live in better.
My method is pretty straightforward:
• make stories out of the subjects,
• link happenings to daily life.
• prompt questions and stimulate curiosity.
It doesn't matter if I am clarifying the operation of societies, the importance of historical events, or the impact of geography on our lives; I would like to make Social Science comprehensible and entertaining.
2) Economics (Years 9–12 / GCSE & A-Level)
Economics is all around us: in markets, in choices, and in everyday life.
I teach students to think like young economists through:
• Simplifying difficult concepts into everyday examples.
• Presenting real data, trends, and case studies.
• Making them these individuals aware of the impact of choices on people, firms, and countries.
I am aiming at nurturing analytical thinking, self-assurance, and lucidity during the examination.
3) Business Studies (Years 11–12 / A-Level)
It is a matter of Business Studies to understand the nature of the world: companies, strategies, marketing, finance, and people.
I assist pass students with business ideas in the following ways:
• through practical examples
• case-based discussions
• Tasks of real-world scenarios and decision-making
My way of teaching encourages students to think/create, identify/match problems, and take the business (decision) aspect into consideration that is the most pertinent.
In all subjects, I try to give a learning atmosphere where the students feel the support, confidence, and curiosity. I am convinced that every student has his/her/their own learning style.
