I have almost seven years of teaching experience in Political Science and Social Science. I am skilled in communication, classroom management, lesson planning, student engagement and creating inclusive learning environments. I teach through interactive discussions, real-life examples, debates, activities and questioning to encourage critical thinking and confidence. I adapt my teaching to different learning abilities and aim to make every lesson engaging, supportive and meaningful. My teaching experience has also given me the opportunity to organise student-led activities such as Youth Parliament, street theatre, awareness campaigns and group projects. These experiences have strengthened my ability to motivate students, develop their communication skills and connect academic concepts with real-world situations. I believe in creating a safe and respectful classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, sharing opinions and learning from mistakes. I use constructive feedback and encouragement to help students recognise their strengths and continuously improve. My overall approach is student-centred, interactive and focused on developing both academic knowledge and personal confidence.
