Effective teaching involves a dynamic and adaptive approach, as each group of students may have different needs and learning styles. Good teaching is about fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment, where students can acquire knowledge and develop skills effectively. I will start of by assessing the student to understand their current knowledge and what areas they will need support on, following with setting clear objectives , active learning and engaging with the student. Supporting my student to the best of my ability to ensure they are reaching there aims and targets by support and encouragements and reassessing to refelct on what areas may still need working on and what has been accomplished.
