I am doctoral researcher in Accounting and Finance Department at the University of Kent. Before embarking on this PhD research journey, I had been working as a Faculty Member at leading private commercial bank in Bangladesh. I completed my BBA and MBA in Accounting from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Teaching, training, and research are the core areas of my academic and professional career along the way.
