GCSE & 11+ Tutor — Medical Student with Strong Academic Background

Skills & Experience I’m a medical student with strong academic achievement across sciences, maths and English, and I have experience supporting younger students through GCSE and 11+ preparation. I’m confident in breaking down difficult concepts into simple, memorable steps, and I’m familiar with current GCSE exam boards and 11+ question styles. I’m patient, organised and able to adapt my teaching style to suit different learning needs. How I Teach My lessons are structured, friendly and focused on building understanding and exam technique. I start by identifying the student’s strengths and areas for improvement, then create targeted lessons that include clear explanations, guided practice and active problem-solving. I use examples, past-paper questions and step-by-step methods to help students grow in confidence and retain what they learn. Each session ends with a quick recap and small goals for next time, so progress is consistent and measurable.
