Advert description
I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Comparative and International Perspectives of Education at the University of Birmingham, with a research focus on how Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs promote inclusive education in Indonesia and England. I am proudly funded by the BIB-LPDP Scholarship 2023, supporting future leaders committed to transforming education.
Previously, I worked as a Physics teacher at a private international school in Depok, Indonesia, where I delivered IGCSE and A-Level Physics based on the Cambridge Curriculum. I graduated as one of the best students from the Physics Education Department at UIN Jakarta (2017) and have extensive teaching experience across urban, rural, and international contexts, including volunteer teaching in Thailand and remote Indonesian villages.
My passion lies in creating inclusive, equitable, and quality education for all learners. I am especially driven by interests in education policy, inclusive pedagogy, and teacher development, bridging the gap between classroom practice and global educational goals.
