I describe myself as a patient, adaptable and understanding teacher. My lessons are for students who require extra support.

I focus on one-to-one support, allowing me to consistently adapt my approach to meet the varied learning styles of my students. I begin by understanding where their struggles are and introduce effective techniques step by step using clear and simple explanations. This may be through a worksheet containing a small questionnaire or a warm-up question on the main classroom whiteboard. Throughout the session, I offer reassurance and positive feedback, helping students practice techniques in a way that is motivating rather than being under time constraints and unnecessary pressure.
