Maths Tutor for KS2, KS3, 11 Plus, 13 Plus or GCSE students

Hi, I’m Lakis and I have recently graduated with a 2:1 BSc Economics degree from the University of Exeter. I studied Maths, History and Geography at A-level, achieving A,A,B respectively. I also achieved a grade 9 for Maths at GCSE. I am enthusiastic to help students with Maths as I have always enjoyed learning about it and would love to help others.

I have always been curious to find ways to understand Maths as well as possible and found creating different methods and note taking techniques allowed for more effective learning. Keeping students engaged should always be a priority and I have found in my years of studying fun interactive games that tests the students knowledge work very well.

Through my years of studying I have also found more ways for revision to be more effective and less of a chore. Time management and structure can create a healthy balance when it comes to revising and allows students to focus on their studies as well as have leisure time which is just as important.
