At an older age, I generally teach via lessons that I've created, it differs for ages. I go through conversational examples to teach the older ages, and I read through some books and pick out key words that may be tough for them to pronounce or understand a break it down. I take time to understand and learn about the individual and what they struggle with in speaking English. With the younger ages, I generally start teaching Phonetic sounds to them to begin their journey.
