Certified TEFL TESOL teacher with native level fluency

I am certified TEFL TESOL teacher with 4 years of experience. I have 1 years of teaching experience in a private and 2+ years of private tutoring experience. I have also taught online. My students have loved my lessons and I have loved teaching them respectively.
I teach by creating a calm and relaxing environment for my students. I want my students to feel confident so they can engage in the class and participate actively. Only by this, I feel a student can learn progressively. I want them to go beyond just learning grammar and vocabulary. I want them to enjoy learning English language by listening to music, watching tv shows and reading novels. I want them to have fun conversations. I want them to learn with their experiences. I regularly conduct listening and speaking activities so they can improve these skills respectively. I encourage them to write as much as possible. I give them reading materials. To increase their vocabulary memory, I make sure to use the same words over and over again. Therefore, together with their and my efforts we learn, grow, and have so much fun together.
This method if teaching resulting in 85% above marks in their state exams. They have not only succeed in their exams but have improved their fluency and writing skills.
