Advert description
I am a Mathematics-focused tutor with a First-Class Engineering degree and currently pursuing an MSc at Cranfield University. Over the past three years, I have taught and mentored secondary school students in Physics and Applied Mathematics, guiding more than 80% of my students to excel in their national exams.
My lessons are highly interactive, practical, and tailored to each student’s needs. I break down complex topics like algebra, calculus, statistics, and numerical analysis into clear, step-by-step explanations that help students build confidence and overcome “maths phobia.” I also provide structured exam preparation strategies, homework support, and revision plans designed to boost academic performance.
I have experience teaching in classrooms of 20+ students, but I particularly enjoy one-on-one tutoring, where I can focus on each learner’s unique strengths and challenges. Many of my former students have gone on to secure places at top universities.
Whether you are preparing for school exams, need help keeping up with classwork, or want to strengthen your problem-solving skills, I will create lessons that make mathematics approachable, engaging, and enjoyable.
My approach is student-centred: I listen first, then adapt my teaching style to suit each learner’s pace and goals. Lessons can be fully remote and flexible, fitting easily around your schedule.
If you’re ready to build confidence in Maths and achieve excellent results, I look forward to supporting your journey.
