I give tailored lessons for each student but also offer level headedness and great encouragement.

I like to listen and ask questions to learn more about the individual first then once I have identified the areas of improvement then I target those areas to make the person more rounded in terms of ability but I also take the time to strengthen their strengths even more because you can always be stronger.
