I seek deeper connection and understanding with people. I want students to feel comfortable to share what they don’t understand.

I’ll first explain the concept and let them try a question. Using real world analogy with topic like statistic or example to enforced understanding. Once maths was hard to understand for me. The concept and the application does not seems to fit my everyday life. But as I grow, relearning it again in university, taking time to understand it and facing real world hassles like calculating interest and etc. I feel that I could understand it more and I wish to pass on this feeling, inspiration on maths to whoever I’m going to teach.
