Having Libby as my full-time tutor meant that I could complete my English A Level from home in just one year! My final grade was an A and I received A*s in my exams. I am now taking English at university, and I would not have been able to do it without Libby. She has a vibrant passion for English that is completely contagious and she is able to show any student the exciting and free nature of the subject of English, that is not able to be taught in schools. She tailors her lessons to what she believes the student will find the most interesting, allowing for their natural engagement, thanks to her extraordinary knowledge on her subject, yet always does so in a friendly, non-intimidating way. What I found best about Libby was the way she treated me as a friend from our first session. In her lessons she puts the voice of her students above her own because that is what she cares most about. I am an autistic student and she always worked with my needs to make me as comfortable as can be.
