I have over 4 years experience working in a primary school as a HLTA and when I am not covering classes, I work as 1:1 support for a child with high SEN needs. I have a Level 3 in SEN teaching assistant, level 4 HLTA and level 5 Specialist SEN teaching assistant. I have lots of experience scaffolding work and adapting it to suit the needs of the learner. I also have experience planning and delivering interventions based on EHCP targets and assessment outcomes.
