Advert description
I am a Trinity CertTESOL–certified teacher, trained through 120 hours of in-person instruction, with over five years of teaching experience across the UK, Spain, and Portugal. I have worked with learners of all ages (from 4 to 80) and all proficiency levels, from complete beginners to C2 advanced.
My experience includes preparing students for Cambridge exams (First and Advanced), teaching Business English in companies, and supporting learners with CVs, job applications, and professional communication. I have taught in language schools, summer schools, and private classes, and for the past two years I have specialised in personalised 1:1 and small-group learning.
In addition to language teaching, I studied History of Art at university and recently completed a Painting and Sculpture Diploma. I have taught Art at KS2 and KS3 in international schools, as well as through private tutoring. I specialise in fine art, drawing, art history, sculpture, and textiles, helping learners develop both technical skills and creative confidence.
I am committed to creating engaging, supportive lessons tailored to each student’s needs - whether their goals are academic, professional, or artistic.
I approach every student and their learning needs individually, adapting to different learning styles and goals. Lessons can be highly structured and goal-oriented or more exploratory and creative, depending on what suits each learner best. I work with all students with empathy and curiosity, and I pride myself on being a thoughtful listener who helps activate and nurture each person’s unique talents.
