I offer practical one-to-one mentoring for university students, graduates and professionals looking to develop a career in professional sport and football.

I have 35 years' experience in professional football, including more than 15 years as an Academy Manager and most recently as Sporting Director at a League One club. I also hold a UEFA Pro Licence and postgraduate qualifications in Sports Directorship and Football Academy Management.

I can support you with career planning, CV and LinkedIn development, identifying opportunities within professional sport, building your network, applications and interviews, and understanding how football organisations operate.

I also provide mentoring for emerging coaches and football professionals looking to develop their leadership and progress within the industry.
