English Lessons for Companies and Adults with a 20-Year Experienced Teacher

Teaching has always been my passion. I have more than 20 years of experience in teaching English. I taught TEFL, Academic English, TOEFL, IELTS and Business English in Egypt. Moreover, I taught ESOL in the United Kingdom. I worked at The American University in Cairo, Egypt and The Nile University in Giza, Egypt. Furthermore, I worked at Leeds City College and at Sheffield College in the United Kingdom. I also worked in several schools in Egypt and the UK. I adopt a learner-centered approach that places the student at the center of the learning process. Active participation of the student is enhanced through discussions and hands-on projects rather than listening passively to lectures. My role will be mainly a facilitator, a guide and a mentor. Instruction will focus on the student’s personal needs, interests and background experience. I also allow reflective practice. Hence, students are allowed to assess their own progress, reflect on how they learn and adjust their strategies.
