Maths tutor providing lessons to children of all ages

Credentials: I attained a 7 in IB maths (widely recognised as an equivalent qualification to A* in A-level maths), have a bachelor's degree from Durham University and am currently attending LSE for my master's.

I'm a maths tutor who believes there's no one-size-fits-all way to learn. I try to build lessons around how your child actually thinks, while staying closely tailored to their curriculum and exam board. I tailor my lessons specifically to suit my students rather than trying to force their thinking to fit the structure of a course textbook. Where something abstract just isn't clicking, I employ creative and fun approaches to make abstract concepts more tangible and relevant to their everyday experience, so that the learning sticks.

Through my lessons, I hope students will not only improve and become more confident with their mathematical abilities, but also learn more about their learning style, ultimately enabling them to confidently engage in independent mathematical learning.
