I currently study A Level maths, further maths, and economics whilst also tutoring GCSE and KS3 students. My teaching methods include thoroughly explaining a topic before setting increasingly challenging questions for my students; by doing this, every student I tutor has had their average test score tripled and their confidence grown exponentially.
