My focused field of interest is enabling ‘successful cross cultural communications’ for learners who are speakers of other languages in all platforms be it business or academic. Having studied cross cultural communication in-depth in my Masters degree course in Applied Linguistics and being a multilingual speaker myself, I do take the liberty of asserting that I have an innate ability to teach from the learner’s perspective. As a life coach, I also address deep personal and professional anxieties, insecurities and stress related to public or corporate speaking. To get to the root of the problem, my sessions focus on building on existing core areas of strength and skills, fostering positive self-awareness, self-belief and self-assertion in yourself. This provides a grounding of core skills and strengths that, in turn, facilitates a confident, exuberant articulation.

My name is Suchie Dutta. I am TEFL certified. I also happen to have a Masters degree in Applied linguistics and TESOL from the United Kingdom.

I love to teach and have fun while teaching and learning from you. With 500 + hours of teaching behind me, I promise to make you super CONFIDENT and COMPETENT in speaking, writing and reading English for business purposes, on social and personal platforms, for academic purposes/ forums, competitive examinations (IELTS/TOEFL) and more, if you allow me.

Me as a Teacher

I have helped students (100+) from all over the world in overcoming all kinds of obstacles to being able to become very successful communicators in English. I believe that each of us has a unique and different personality and therefore different energy levels, so if you and I connect and are able to draw inspiration and motivation from each other, then we're sorted and ready to rock!

My lessons & teaching style

My lessons will be on what you want to focus on, whether it be exam preparation, reading, writing or just speaking. I will include quite a bit of popular culture such as music and films to have some fun while learning.
My way of teaching is fortified with the four Ps - Passion (to see you, the student/learner really register/absorb a new piece of information in a totally new, critically retrospective way), Patience, Preparation and Presentation.
