Engllish Language and Communications - extensive business experience plus an academic and creative background

First off, we need to be comfortable with each other. We get to know each other a little, so you don't feel you're talking to a stranger.

Over the first few lessons we talk about simple things, discuss a few ideas, and I discover where you are strong and where you can improve.

We share what your goals are, why you are learning, and how you plan to use your language. This helps me determine which course materials I will use, and, from getting to know you, which you'll like.

Learning may be hard at times but when it's fun it's much, much easier and process comes naturally.

We can work with songs, films, YouTube, articles online/print, novels and stories.

You can focus on spoken English and/or we can look at written, and even presenting on Social Media!

We practice everything from pronunciation to grammar to storytelling.

I specialise in interview preparation, which is a form of public speaking.

Work with me and I'll hope to have you feeling confident, and to have extra skills in a short period of time.

My current students - and old ones - come from all over the world. I have been executives through to stat at home Mums. We've done great work. We're prepared for interviews, worked on presentations and some have even begun their own creative writing projects One has even started a presence online.
