I am an English teacher with more than 1 year of teaching experience. I teach English both online and offline setting

I am teaching English as second language in both offline and online. I teach different age group from different Asian countries. I also teach Business English.I always ask my student what skill they want to improve and I will do my best to help them improve in that skill. I always encourage my students to speak because it is important for me to be able to grade their skills. I always give the students the time to speak and won't interrupt them if not necessary.
