Having achieved a First Class in Economics at Durham University I joined the Civil Service, where I worked as a policy analyst for over 6 years. During my time in the Civil Service I progressed quickly to a managerial role and have extensive experience of interviews and applications. I am an experienced interview panellist and have insights and knowledge on how what the panellists are looking for. I assessed graduate-level job applicants at application and interview stage. I also coached junior colleagues to progress and achieve promotions once they had been working at the Civil Service for 2-3 years.
Having recently left the Civil Service I have now turned my attention to help others. I am a passionate coach and my aim is to foster confidence in others and help you achieve your career goals! I have a track record of supporting and coaching new graduates, and experienced professionals, to progress to the next step of their career.
