I have over 25 years' practical business experience and have set up and successfully run several businesses both for myself and for other organisations. I have also held senior roles, including manufacture and production, for national and independent merchant businesses, giving wide experience in leading small businesses, teams large and small and management and operations.
I have mentored a number of people and have completed an IAO Certificate in Mentoring as well as being an accredited mentor for the Association of Business Mentors Help to Grow Management training, on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade.
Among other topics, I can help with budgeting, planning, customer service, pricing, productivity, leadership and starting a business.
