Business Management tutor providing lessons for Adult learners

Having studied for three years this has allowed me to develop my leadership and strategy planning skills, as well as becoming a student rep which entailed me going to various academic meetings with the vice principal.

Thinking strategically as well as ensuring that all needs had been met and that the universities guidelines were also being followed. Team working, by understanding that different parts of an organisation (Hard & Soft) may have to come together to complete a common ground of work.
Understanding these strategic and cultural processes whilst studying, I have also developed an understanding of a variety of management models, that can continue to set the oriented goal that acts as a guide for management and the employees. Such as planning and equipping the hierarchy with ways to facilitate change as well as supporting the business and the employees through the change, which can be used as a long-term and ongoing strategy.
