I start teaching concepts by relating it to my learner's experiences, breaks them down to their level and still achieve great results. Thus, I teach from known to unknown. My 8 year experience of teaching middle school maths has giving me vast knowledge to understand how students learn and develop new methods in teaching. I always do remedial teaching for students who didnt understand a concept. I mostly volunteer to teach some students who're below average early in the morning free of charge before lessons begins. Intake my professional development very serious.
