Native English Speaker with a 15-year ESL Career

I have been teaching ESL for fifteen years, specializing in B2 (Higher Intermediate) and C1 (Advanced) education. My lessons are student-centered, technology-friendly, and build upon the strengths of my students knowledge of English. I excel in teaching grammar in simple, yet sophisticated, ways, and I thrive in vocabulary analysis, which I am able to teach in a way that helps students immerse themselves in English rather than relying on their native language to understand. Writing assignments with me are personalized, yet stylized and formatted for the topic and writing function at hand, and I encourage my students to continuously ask questions, check their knowledge with me, and engage so that I can help them reach their goals in English.
