I been working with people with disabilities for over 15 years both supported living and in a sports capacity.Throughout my career, I have taken a hands-on approach to breaking down barriers. As a qualified coach holding numerous certifications, I founded and managed disability football programs—such as establishing inclusive sections and working with Special Olympics GB—creating safe, accessible, and competitive environments where athletes with diverse physical and learning disabilities could thrive. Beyond the sports pitch, my background in social care and community project work has focused heavily on supporting adults and families, fostering personal independence, and celebrating the "small wins" that lead to profound life transformations.
