I offer one-on-one online life coaching sessions for students and young adults who want more clarity, motivation, and balance in everyday life. My style is warm, direct, and practical: we focus on what’s happening in your real life right now and turn insights into small, realistic actions you can actually follow through on.
In our first session, we clarify your goals and what’s getting in the way (stress, procrastination, overwhelm, low confidence, lack of structure, difficult relationships, or unclear direction). From there, each session has a clear focus and ends with a simple plan for the week: a few concrete steps, reflection prompts, or exercises to help you build new habits and self-leadership.
My background combines psychology studies with several years of experience in adult learning and training, including designing and delivering learning programs in international environments. That means I’m used to breaking complex challenges into clear steps, explaining things simply, and supporting progress over time.
My role isn’t to “fix” you — you stay in charge of your choices. I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you with the right questions and tools so you can create change that feels authentic and sustainable. You can bring any topic that matters to you, such as study-life balance, time management, boundaries, confidence, communication, decision-making, or motivation. Sessions are confidential, supportive, and structured. You’ll always leave with clarity, next steps, and something practical to practice.
If you’re ready to take yourself seriously and try new strategies, I’d love to work with you.
