First we define your goals your needs and your options.
We will work together to set up a plan which is suitable for you, considering important factors, such as your everyday schedules (school, work, kids, etc) your opportunities (if you have a gym membership, you would prefer to train only body weight from the comfort of your home, you only need help with setting up a diet which works for you, etc) your current level of fittnes, your previous experiences and a lot more.

We will talk about what do you need help with, if you only need someone to check-in on you time to time (I know sometimes the biggest help is just the presence of someone who can say well done, after you achived something that others might not even notice) or if you want to work together actively.

We will tailor our future meetings and our future work to your and only your needs and personality and life.

We will set achivable, little goals, you will have success all along the way not only at the far distance, this will help you stay motivated and to enjoy the road as well not only the end results:)

After we set up your goals, I will help to create a plan, as detailed as you'd like or need which can conclude from workout plans through meal plans until recipes anything along the way. We can discuss nutritional needs, and rep counts for your squats just the same:)

After we have our personal plan, we can decide how often you want to have a meeting. In each meeting we can discuss everything around your journey, your difficulties, your successes and any necessary changes along the way.

You will do the hard work and the success will be 100% yours. But I will be here, holding your hands along the way!

She's one of my role models. Of course because she's presistent, she works out a lot and she eats healty food, but what I like in her a most is the joy which she's doing all of this with. And I think that's the thing why it's really easy to accompany her in this journey. In addition she likes to try new things, new foods, so none of your "extras" will be a problem for her:)
