I use life skills, active listening, open questioning, scenario setting and teaching students to see the bigger picture in all concerns they have. Mustering an eclectic thought basis and creating healthier mindset habits to use everyday.

This enables direction, motivation and the willingness to achieve little wins, going on to improve themselves, their outlook, and achievements in life.

I have qualification in Health Care, Counselling, Business, Projects and although not a qualification but I am a mother.

This dynamic "not one method fits all" approach has been used with myself and others successfully in a calming one to one setting.
