I am a qualified therapist and hypnotherapist with experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, sleep difficulties, and overwhelm. My work focuses on helping people feel calmer, more in control, and better able to manage the pressures of everyday life, including study and organisation challenges.
Alongside my therapeutic training, I offer coaching support that is practical, down-to-earth, and tailored to each individual. I understand that no two students are the same, so sessions are adapted to your specific needs, whether that is managing anxiety, improving sleep patterns, building confidence, or developing better organisation and focus.
My approach is calm, supportive, and non-judgemental. I create a safe space where you can talk openly without pressure or fear of being judged. I also focus on helping you understand what is going on in your mind and body, so you can start to notice patterns and respond to them in healthier ways.
In sessions, I use a combination of therapeutic techniques and practical coaching tools. This may include relaxation strategies, mindset work, simple routine-building techniques, and tools to help manage overthinking and improve concentration. Everything is designed to be realistic and easy to apply in everyday student life.
