I am an A* Economics student with a strong passion for the subject and extensive tutoring experience. My enthusiasm for Economics drives me to share the subject with others, and I have already developed a range of practical teaching experience. I have assisted and tutored several classmates, all of whom went on to achieve A grades, demonstrating my ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Beyond school, I have planned and delivered lessons for GCSE students at my local Mosque, and I have also provided private tutoring for students for whom English is not a first language, helping them build confidence and improve exam technique. These experiences have strengthened my communication skills, patience, and adaptability, allowing me to tailor lessons to each student’s individual needs and learning style.

In my lessons, I make Economics interactive and engaging by using PowerPoint slides and a visualiser to clearly present key concepts and work through examples. I actively involve students throughout the lesson by asking targeted questions, prompting them to reflect on their understanding and think critically about the material. This approach not only reinforces learning but also develops confidence and exam readiness. I aim to make Economics accessible and enjoyable, breaking down challenging topics into clear, manageable explanations while fostering a supportive learning environment.
