I like to make Turkish lessons fun, practical, and memorable rather than focusing only on textbooks and grammar rules.
I love using digital tools, interactive activities, games, and real-life content to make lessons more engaging. We might use short clips from Turkish TV series or movies, songs, social media content, or everyday conversations to learn vocabulary and expressions in context.
I also like to revisit things we have learned in meaningful and memorable ways. For example, a phrase we come across in a TV series might come back later in a speaking activity, a mini game, or a real-life scenario. This helps students remember not just individual words, but how Turkish is actually used.
My goal is for students to feel that they are not simply studying Turkish, but using and experiencing the language from the very beginning.
I adapt my lessons to each student’s level, goals, interests, and learning style. Whether you want to improve your speaking, build your vocabulary, understand Turkish culture, or feel more confident while travelling, we can shape the lessons around what is meaningful to you.
I also believe that making mistakes is an important part of learning a language. I want my students to feel comfortable speaking, asking questions, and experimenting with Turkish without worrying about being perfect. We will work on accuracy gradually while keeping communication at the heart of our lessons.
