I fundamentally hold the belief that every student should excel at mathematics. Yes it may be a daunting subject at first but depending on your age and education level, different methods of teaching will be implemented so that you can understand the content.
For a primary school student, the use of interractive exercises and colourful examples will be used.
For secondary school students, a more informal and relaxed approach will take place, ensuring that the student is comfortable with speaking to their tutor as a friend as well as learning all the content required.
For college/sixth form students, a formal approach will be used however they will be treated like adults and plenty of examples will be used. Of course there will be class banter, my goal is to ensure that the student doesnt shy away from speaking about anything, weather it is maths related or not. establishing a good relationship also esnures that the student will be able to learn the content more comfortably/
