I’d like to teach my students based on their needs and level of competency. So each student will be tested at the beginning on their writing/speaking skills in English then work my way around on at what level they’re on. I’d like my students to be engaged by Teacher-centered methods, Learner-centered methods, Content-focused methods; and Interactive/participative methods.
These set of practices and principles used by me are to make the process of teaching and learning highly effective for my students.
My students are encouraged to take responsibility for their education and to be active participants in the learning process.
