I have over 20 years experience in education, a fully qualified (Oxbridge) tutor with a relaxed, friendly nature yet am motivational and encouraging in my approach to teaching. I hold a strong passion for English, Drama and History and am inspired to share this love with my students.
I am organised but flexible, approachable and reliable.
I work freelance in both remote and in person education/tuition and have just completed 5 years in the Middle East training teachers and creating teaching resources.

I feel it is important to do an initial, informal, assessment from which we can agree on a learning plan. This bespoke LP - with input that you choose and aligning with your aims - will then be re-evaluated as we progress. Continual focus will be placed on areas which still need improving.

Achieving student aims is reached by motivation, encouragement and designing lessons that evoke interest. Resources selected are based on combining the individual's interests with the subject matter. This lends itself to exploring and fully educating to achieve set goal.
