Hi, I am a native Japanese speaker born in Japan.
I have five years of professional translation experience, six years of proofreading experience, and 2 years of teaching.

While on a working holiday in Ireland, I taught Japanese to Chinese students of beginner to intermediate level as an online Japanese teacher.

About teaching method/content:
- Focus on conversational Japanese (Pick up Topic and discuss further etc. , depending on the requests)
- When I teach Japanese, I try to use expressions that are rooted in local culture and customs to avoid unnatural sentences, which means I don't speak like Anime characters! :)
- About Japanese culture, life style and society etc.

Students told me that even when they were at a loss as to what kind of conversation to have, the lessons were very enjoyable as they were able to deepen their knowledge by giving them topics and having them expand on them one after another.
