Yujin Jong

Hi! I’m Yujin, a native Korean speaker from Busan, currently studying for my MSc Marketing at the University of Edinburgh.

Before moving to the UK, I worked for around five years in the arts and cultural sector in South Korea, managing festivals, exhibitions and performing arts programmes. I also have experience teaching English to both children and adults, which taught me how rewarding it is to help someone gain confidence in a new language.

As someone with a professional background in Korean arts and culture, I’d love to help you learn not just textbook Korean, but the language, expressions and cultural context that Koreans actually use in everyday life. I’m also fluent in both standard Seoul Korean and the Busan dialect, so we can explore regional expressions too if you’re interested!
