Hi, I am a native Chinese speaker and can speak both Mandarin and Cantonese. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, as well as a First-class Honours degree in Information Technology. I have experience in teaching secondary school students in China. Then I taught university students in Australia after I got my First-class Honours degree in Australia. I also have rich working experience in IT industry.

I am passionate in teaching Chinese and promoting Chinese culture. My teaching style is student centre, where I will design customised teaching curriculum for each student. My working experience in IT industry enables me to use the latest IT techniques and tools in tutoring, so that my tutoring is more interactive and engaged. For example, to facilitate learning Chinese, I am building a website with my programming skills to provide online printable Chinese worksheet generating tools. I believe my IT skills would add value to you as being my student.

The first lesson (1 hour) will be free, and it will be used to find out what works best for you.

I am a person with characteristics of outgoing and patient, which is essential when tutoring students. I am not only your tutor, but also your friend. Just share your difficulties and what you thought in your learning. I will prompt to answer your questions whenever you have in the daily studying.
