I leverage on my five years experience as an elementary class teacher to better understand, educate, impact knowledge and patiently follow the progress of the pupils on the subjects taught. Every session is diligently crafted to create a stimulating and engaging atmosphere that encourages the curiosity of the pupil.
At the onset of the lessons, I set clear learning objectives structured to help pupils have a stronger foundation of the subjects and topics taught which enables them to easily understand the more complex concepts of the subjects/topics.
I employ audio-visuals, thought-provoking discussions and hands-on activities to pass across my points while teaching. This method further helps and enables the pupils to have an in-depth understanding of the subject thereby allowing them retain the information passed across and also be able to provide the information when needed.
My approach is well tailored to address the unique interests of any pupil and also create an atmosphere where pupils are encouraged to ask questions and express their ideas, opinions and feelings. This helps to also feed them back with constructive encouragement and inspire them to strive for excellence while embracing challenges as opportunities for their growth.
I also included real world experiences in their learning process either by giving real life examples or showing them videos or playing audios to expand their learning horizon.
My lessons are not just about impacting knowledge on the subjects but also helping them grow morally, academically, confidently and become independent thinkers who are equipped to face real life challenges.
